"After 22 years the customer service has gotten nonexistent. Weeks of trying to get ahold of them and nothing. They dont work in the office anymore but a few hours a day for a few days a week during work hours so I'm out of luck. Leave a voicemail for them to call me back and I got a return email instead, I don't use email so I didn't find it for over a week setting back my claim even further. Sad but, I would no longer recommend them."
