"So my actual name is Rachel Stein, I have been a “Client” of Vernon’s for a whole 4 days and can honestly say this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer. Both myself and Pierce county courts have NOT been able to get ahold of Vernon, or have received a call back from him. Vernon has missed two of my court dates since being appointed to my case, and has REFUSED to even reach out to introduce himself. Not ONCE during any of my court proceedings has Vernon attempted to make contact. Definitely do NOT recommend this firm to ANY family that is trying to resolve a matter. Will be requesting a new lawyer for my case that is NOT from this firm. One bad egg spoils the whole bunch….or “Guilty by association” to put it into more understandable terms for this firm."
