"The overturn in his office staff was frustrating and expensive. I sent documents and emails to numerous people and they asked me for the documents again and again. They never filed said documents with the court. Unfortunately, he failed note a hearing. The motion was filed, but it was never heard. Instead, they filed a hearing for a separate issue but kept continuing it, seemingly to increase fees. He seemed to be working with the opposing attorney a little too much. A lot of money to not get anything accomplished…except for the opposing party."

"Legal assistant didn't file my Response Declaration or Financial Declaration for one hearing, and David Lutz personally called me and assured me those documents were filed. I also had a second hearing that same day to request attorney fees, and his legal assistant mis-filed and that hearing was never properly scheduled. For my first hearing, I had to ask for a last minute continuance. For the second hearing, David Lutz offered to re-file for free but the case was based around wasting my attorney's time for a last minute continuance. When I asked for a refund for the work his office DIDN'T do (but he personally assured me was done) he said no. David seems like a good attorney, but his office is a hot mess. Stay away!!!!"
