"I called awhile back ago and spoke directly with the attorney she was awesome laid everything out simply. Today I called and had no pleasure speaking with her Paralegal who was rude, and short. I cannot believe someone who was so nice can hire such an entitled piece of work as her first impression of her office. Highly disappointed, asked if he could just have her call me back. He stated: "To get to her you have to go through me!" Hopefully the attorney gets to see this review and is able to re-evaluate her hiring pratices."
