"I had a car accident in 2012 they sent me to a chiropractor in kent. Dr.Dias treated my lower back due to the car accident. They never bothered to do an MRI just treated the pain and had me on my way. Once case settled years latter I had sciatica pain on my leg and came to find out it was due to a car accident that I had years back. This attorney nor the chiropractor bothered to get an MRI for my lower back. Now I have to live with this issue, just find a different firm. A firm that will see you like a person and not a dollar sign. Response: is there a difference going back to a case more than 10 years ago? And yes I do got the right firm how could I forget if IM living with a herniated disc due to the car accident. How can I forget the chiropractic that saw me and the firm that was in charge of my case."

"I retained his services some number of years ago ...he told me he wouldn't be in contact much unless he needed something ..I didn't hear from him in a year and a half which I moved he had to get my number through I don't know because back the my number changed once every two three months ..he got me twice what he said he would..I give him a 5 star rating cuz he told me up front what I see most you guys complaining about im sure he made it clear to you also..and is a damn good attorney if you ask me I was relieved that I didn't have to hear from him a bunch of times ..he is a busy man and so was I ..."

"Don't even deserve a Single star. Anyhow. I'm sure they get a lot of Latino/Hispanics come thru these doors thinking these fellow pple have your back. They don't... They wanna intimate and belittle. Especially women!! My dad's the one that hired them, even had one of these pple come to our home ( the morality they lack) ... After months... We came and asked questions and we got a bunch of tall tails and I realized they don't work for you, they work for themselves. Then somehow they don't represent vehicles and took five months to tell me that... Lols. Apparently tho, they like for you to come waste time and gas twice ( don't care if u got babys or autistic family members ) when every Friday they leave early yet they take an hr lunch break @ noone and leave by two pm?.... Makes no sense. It's fine. (11 hr drive ) Everyone loves to cruise right!? Lols Wear & Tear Guys. Yet when I asked for all the information so I can take this elsewhere. They act like Im being hostil or crazy and want me to remove myself when this person, cuz you can't call them a man nor boy, starts trying to intimidate me! An ex domestic violence victim... Nope! Can't scare me bud! May God bless this piece of a human."

"Didn't fight for the settlement they assured us of, we understood why when this lawyer received more money than the injured party. Spoke to the assistant rarely and Maybe twice with our actual lawyer, we were easy money for them. Do NOT recommend Mark Hammer and assoc."
