"Didn't deliver a package the last open day before Christmas because supposedly no frot door or driveway access when I know forsure their was clear access all day. Just plane laziness no care about getting their job done right."
"I've lived here since 2015 in. I don't really have a lot of good things to say about the post office here in town. They're always messing up the mail in the apartments I live in. I can't express the amount of times that my packages have gone to my neighbors and my neighbors are not very honest so they keep it and it's a fight just to get my package back or try to get refund from Amazon. I am a single mom of three. I ordered some stuff offline for my kids for Christmas. They delivered it to my neighbor. And I think you know how that will go. Not good."
"Update 1 year later: Think it can't get worse? It does! The postmaster should be fully ashamed of the garbage he pulls on his community. These people think that you should have to check your mailbox twice a day, because they deliver twice a day. If you receive "too many parcels in a day, you must come pick it up". Delivery doesn't exist with this criminal organization known as the USPS. We are 12 days in where they refuse to deliver any mail because we get "too many parcels". We're losing money, the businesses we buy from are losing money. All because this postmaster is power hungry. First mail person delivers mail, second one later in the day delivers mail and says, "welp, the mailbox is full from the 11am delivery, so my 4pm exceeds this mailboxes limits, therefore I will steal your packages and make sure we never deliver them". Previous threats by the postmaster of being trespassed have prevented us from picking up any mail in person. They commit fraud and find that it's entirely acceptable because they are a government entity. Update: 4 years later I have a new and even worse review. These employees are some of the most incompetent and lazy people I've ever dealt with in my entire life. As of the last week the USPS office has literally stolen our packages. When confronted at the office, they denied having our packages. I left them with my many complaints involving my packages disappearing (never showing up) in our LOCKED mailboxes and parcel locker. As well as us constantly receiving neighbors packages and them receiving ours. Along with many other related issues. I also left my number with them to call me. This morning they called, I missed it, so it went to voicemail. The same lady (Kathy) that I talked to the day before who said they had none of our packages, they now suddenly do. They told us that we are required to pick up our packages, and if even 1 day passes without checking our empty mailbox, they will refuse to deliver any mail from there on. Likely it's all retaliation for the constant complaints over the years. These people are disgusting. Expect your packages and letters to disappear or be held ransom. Old Review Best at damaging packages in mailbox by forcing oversized packages into it, and marking packages as delivered when packages have not been delivered. Marking mail as "unable to deliver", even though the mail person made no attempt to deliver as I've seen countless times. Constantly delivering mail to the wrong address. Worst employees I've ever dealt with at any Post Office. Avoid this incompetent business."
"They lost my package and won't take accountability for it. Seeking legal consultation to see what my options are. This has gone on long enough. Edit: the supervisor and post master will not reach out nor do the care to. I have been to the post office numerous times this week, opened 2 tickets to investigate with corporate. Only to promptly have the tickets closed and set status as "resolved". No? Not resolved, my package is still missing. I did reach out to the company though and they are no longer using USPS to mail their packages. Small victory, will keep pursuing legally though, because this WILL stop or someone will lose their job, rightfully."
"Contacting the post office for assistance is nearly impossible. Package delivery is inconsistent at best on the weekends. When I asked why my packaged were not even loaded into the truck before they were dismissed as being oversized and undeliverable. Packages that were holding bits for a dremel tool. Maybe the size of a regular card envelope. I was essentially told that I ordered too many packages and the rest of the community ordered too many packages and therefore we should not expect to get our packages. My regular postal person has no issue just leaving them on my porch. They are WONDERFUL. Our weekend delivery service is horrible."
