"My friend used legal shield big mistake they will take your money and hide reviews that make them look fraudulent as they are the customer service team is disgusting please save your money don't use them you will have to call your bank for disputes and they may even sell your information to random people please be careful guys. Even if you call and cancel before the date they say they will still charge you a random day near that day and never give your money back again customer service team disgusts me the attitude and disregard for people that are paying it's a scam -blessing"

"I Just spoke with Jack Piza a part time representative of Legal-shield in Lakewood Wa. Mr Piza was short and rude when asking a question about Home owners associations, his reluctance to provide free legal advice as defined in my agreement is inconsistent with what is and should be expected. I would think that 26 dollars a month would buy a little courtesy, but i guess not. Way to go Jack you get a 2 for customer service :("
