"I would never use this title company again! I bought a manufactured home with land and they quickly took my money for a job that as of today, STILL HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED! My manufactured home has a title which is still in the sellers name!! It's been 7 MONTHS!! I have stopped by their office 3 times and talked to Aaron.. He has never emailed, texted, or called me to keep me updated on any progress.. He is not accountable nor apologetic for his negligence on getting me a title to my new home.. As of today I told him I wanted a refund for my closing costs.. I am totally unable to do anything to help myself get a title to my home.. I feel completely forgotten about.. I agree with the other posts.. Completely unprofessional!!! 7 MONTHS and I'm legally not the owner of my place.. I thought they were a title company! Do not use them!!!"

"It was easy (as long as you have ALL required paperwork). If not , they help all they can. All notices were efficient and handled without issue of any kind. I'm very happy with my experience."

"Very poor quality of service for a professional group. They are on the third try (3) to get the data on the title correct. They have ONE JOB, correctly input title data and they cannot get that accomplished. LOL... they suggested to send escrow money over early. Like hell! They would loose it for sure."
