"I inquired about a possible case through the companies web page and decided to call, as I hadn’t heard anything for over a week. I understand they can be overwhelmed with emails, but I wanted to check on the time frame and possibly know if my case was worth their help. The receptionist transferred me to one of the lawyers. I don’t know his name, as he didn’t tell me or ask me for mine. I have to say, he was very short, rude, insensitive and lecturing! I asked why he was so rude & he didn’t have an answer. I don’t know if all their lawyers treat people like this, but he definitely left me not wanting to work with them or recommend them to anyone! This was definitely unprofessional! I’m not upset because he told me I don’t have a case to pursue. That is fine, as I knew this could go either way. He for sure needs to work on his people skills and gives a bad rapport for lawyers!"
