Setting up the appointment was easy and the person I booked with over the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. They charged us one flat rate for the move, which was cheaper than competitors. They were kind and cautious at both locations, prompt, and communicated every step of the way. Payment process was simple. We had previously booked College Hunks Moving Company and 3 hours before they were supposed to show up they called and said they had no teams available while blaming my husband. My husband called 3 Generations and they were able to not only do a same day emergency move, but they were able to arrive even earlier than the previous company had originally booked. My husband spoke with a dispatcher and then spoke with Sam, one of the movers, and they were both extremely nice and professional. They were able to not only move our furniture but squeeze it in to pick up a large hutch we'd purchased from an antique store on their way to our home.
