"Let me start with I am a 61 year old, disabled woman that pays a premium price to have my packages delivered as addressed. This company either hires drivers who can not read English or simply do not care about customer service as long as they get a paycheck. Once again, 120lbs of cat litter at the bottom of the stairs when the shipping label CLEARLY states APARTMENT ABOVE GARAGE. This time it is sitting in the rain. A lot of good this litter will do if it is already clumped up because of this company's incompetence. Pay up FedEx!"
"Can’t recommend less. No notices of delivery (stickers, door slips, etc) and a *changed delivery schedule* to expedite shipping a package back to the sender. Recommend taking screenshots of tracking updates to verify this. Glad I did. When I called customer service, they said this location won’t allow people to come pick up packages that couldn’t be delivered, either. So tough luck, it’s going back to the sender sometime in the next couple days. I’ve had sensitive stuff shipped with FedEx before, but generally with much stronger communication and physical notice of delivery attempts. This particular office in DuPont needs to ramp up their services to give people a chance to accept delivery and avoid a monthlong delay in receiving an order."
"Won't even go the effort of putting it in my rain-proof box. This is the norm, not the exception. Often small boxes are delivered and set on top of my rain-soaked box. My porch has no protection from the elements; the box has been my best solution."
"What a nightmare. They tried to deliver on Monday when no one was home so they left a sticker on the door. I called CS and explained no one would ever be home to sign for it until after 3:30. Was told they would notate the package with that info. Next day they came at 1:45 and left a sticker again. Called CS and reminded them of the previous phone call. Was told No, you can't request a timeframe for delivery on ground packages. Was told to go to station to pick up package instead. The rep placed me on hold and came back saying he had just spoken with the station and the truck was already back and they were getting my package out for pickup. I went to the station and they had no idea what I was talking about. Truck was not coming back for the night and would attempt delivery again tomorrow. I blew up. So tired of all the lies and incompetent CS reps. Finally got my package an hour later when they made the driver return to the station. FedEx has really fallen from what they used to be."
