"I recently bought a lathe to be dropped of residentialy. Now Its saying i need to schedule a appointment to have to dropped off but there number doesnt works i have 1500 dollars just sitting in a warehouse that they wont give me"

"They transported a 1200lbs carport from Lowe’s to my house. We asked them to help my father,who is over 60 years old and was alone there at that time to move these heavy stuffs to the patio, a few steps away. We did not ask if there was not a rainy there. However, they refused to do that and said they just a transportation company, and all they do is curbside drop-off!!! They left all 1200lbs stuffS on our house alley! First, it obstruct the alley. Second, it is too heavy for my dad to bring all that stuffs inside. They explained somthing nonsense About their responsibilities is just leave the stuffs outside.... . We managed for a while, borrowed a transport cart from my brother’s workplace to move it. Not a trusted and reliable service. Not providing a good service as well. Saia needs to reevaluate their value, their service, and their humanity."
