"My grandmother went here to have her cataracts removed and they did two different consults, Dr. Hansen said they needed to be removed, the second consult was when their systems were down and the Dr acted like he never seen my grandmother before and told her that they weren't bad enough the day she was supposed to be scheduled for surgery but somehow turned into a second consult. My grandmother went to her eye doctor and told him what happened not only him but ended up getting a second and third opinion from 2 other eye doctors. Her eye doctor referred her out to another cataract place who confirmed her cataracts are bad and not only are they bad but she has fluid buildup behind her eyes tell me how do your doctor's miss that? What really takes the cake is when her insurance company called today for a follow up and asked her how her surgery went. They charged her insurance for a surgery she never had. A case worker is now being assigned to my grandmother and you can be sure a investigation as well. Have fun."

"A COMPLETE RIPOFF - Buyer Beware In order to be *considered* for RLE or cataract surgery, they put you through a battery of eye tests that were for the most part the exact same thing that was done at my eye care provider's office. It became obvious to me that they never read the file my provider sent over. Bottom line: my expectations were too high (didn't want to have to use glasses after surgery) and I was turned down. The bill for $600+ arrived soon after. What did I get for $600? ****Absolutely nothing****. Not a single thing. Please be careful dealing with these so called professionals."

"I had cataract surgery on both eyes in Silverdale, WA. I had a wonderful experience from the doctors, nurses, and staff. Very professional, reassuring, and thoroughly explained everything they were doing. I had different doctors and nurses for each surgery, and they were terrific. I had the injections for pain and had minor discomfort. I have lenses for distance and I'm very pleased with the results. I don't need prescription sunglasses now, just reading glasses. I'm thrilled!"
