"Arriving for the visit, the Dr. Was very knowledgeable and helpful. The assistant seemed like he would rather be anywhere else. The reason for the poor rating however was the phlebotomist. I believe it was Cheryl, as mentioned in another comment. I wish I would have read the review first. She tried to draw blood from our 18 month old's arm, whom my wife was holding firmly. Her, Cheryl's, fingers were shaking badly as she inserted the needle, but then as she pulled her hand away she caught the tabs on the needle and yanked it out of our daughter's arm on accident. Blood on the baby, the chair, my wife's coat, and the baby's clothes. Without my wife or myself saying anything, she says, "You pulled the babies arm away!" To my wife. This is absolutely false, to which I responded, "no she didn't. I was watching." The baby calmed down quickly, and Cheryl attempted in the other arm. Missing the vein completely (shaking hands) as she -best word here - "burrowed" for a vein. Miss again. Again, she said aloud, "well if you stopped moving the baby's arm, I could get the vein." She tried a third time. Got a small amount of blood, then said it probably wouldn't be enough and we would have to do it over. My wife and I (her still with blood on her coat, baby, baby's clothes, and chair) stared at each other. We attempted to speak to whoever was running the facility upon exiting, however no one was available. We asked again if this was a pediatric clinic, and if this person was their only phlebotomist. We were informed they were both pediatric and an adult clinic. We called later and were told we would get a call back this afternoon from a manager or director (the receptionist didn't seem to know.) No call yet, but I'd like to think it will be coming. With exception of the Dr., who referred us to other medical facilities for testing and samples, this was an awful experience. I do not recommend Prime Health, and if Cheryl is the phlebotomist, please avoid at all costs - for your own sake."

"1 star on for specific blood draw for my kid . The old nurse ( Cheryl Sadler from lab corp who sits here) apparently has no patience on how to do a blood draw on kids . She poke 3 to 4 times as she can’t do it right to take blood out and make big bruise on one arm . It’s almost 2 weeks and the bruise is still there and look bad . Dont recommend anyone for their kids blood draw"

"They have payed 65 million dollar settlement for upcoding and fraudulently billing Medicare. They are crooks and should be shut down and there ability to bill medicare should have been pulled years ago. We really need to start enforcing our antitrust laws and break up these monopolies."
