"The office looked clean, inviting, and well-maintained. I was greeted when I entered the office, and the staff was friendly, and gave clear instructions. When I went in for my blood draw, everything look clean, professional, and well organized. The phlebotomist, Tracy, did a great job, and was kind and compassionate, asked about my surgery, showed concern and shared her hopes for a good outcome."

"This place literally takes 30 minutes to do one persons blood draw. i come here on my hour lunch and it always takes the entire hour. i’ve never had such slow service in my life at a lab. Probably time for better techs."

"I walked in for a blood draw and had 1 person in front of me. I waited approximately 30min to have my number called. The technician then took back another woman who had JUST arrived because she had questions. I said, "you just called my number" and she asked me to continue waiting while she spoke to the rude woman that wouldn't wait her turn. I waited an additional 10min before just walking out. Not because of the wait because I understand it was a walk in visit, but because of the technician making me wait longer for someone that didn't wait their turn. I immediately went to another lab and was in & out in 10min with 2 people in front me. Terrible service at this location."
