"This place has abandoned me as their client. I spoke to a woman twice on the phone four months ago. She did a 45 minute intake about my medical history (stage four cancer with a recent hand amputation) and, of course, she got my social security number. I called this office back and left at least three messages that were never returned. When I called today, as with the other times, I was immediately sent to an automated voicemail. There is an option to talk to a live person if you are from a social security office. I clicked that option. When the woman came on the phone, she asked for my name and told me nothing came up and that I wasn't their client. I told her I had been working with a woman who gathered all of my information who happened to go to the same college I had and told me that she is "going to get this started" for me. She told me again that I was not their client. I said that they abandoned me as a client and never called me back after several voicemails. I told her that I have no income coming in and asked her if their office was just so busy that they cannot manage their clients. She said, "Yes, we are a very busy office." I asked her if I should go to another lawyer and she said "it might be a better idea." Are you kidding me?! We are people who need help! You take our personal information, never return calls and then act like I am a burden. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these people. They have no compassion and have wasted four months of my life that I could have been getting actual help."

Not even a month later I got the “ fully favorable “ decision. She’s direct and to the point and very understanding. She really does care about what’s happening with you.
