"Very long wait and slow service! We came in as scheduled appointment. My husband waited in the car and was watching 3 different patients who were walk ins faster even though we were first. When we showed up no one was in the reception. Waited 15 minutes for the room, 30 minutes for provider, who took 5 minutes to look at sprained ankle.next long wait for 40 minutes just take an x ray, another 30 minutes for interpretation and to top all long wait off had to wait 30 minutes for paperwork. I felt like other patients who came after us were more important because they were seen after us and discharged sooner! It took 2 hours waiting and maybe 15 minutes service. I don't think we use this clinic again!"

"Bad experience all around starting with Wei at the front desk when I was checking in. Very dismissive and rude with regards to my insurance. Once that was figured out waited in the back room for over an hour to see a doctor. I had upper respiratory issues. Basically waited all that time to be told I don't have covid and to take some honey. Neither the doctor nor the assistant listened to my lungs. Went to another Dr the next day turns out I have phenomena. Would not reccomend."

"Amazing! Been feeling so rotten last couple Of days and this doctor was the real deal! I want to find a way to make her my primary care doctor! She was so kind and understanding and thoughtful and caring honestly idk if it’s from being in so much pain for so long or what but I could cry right now! She really made me feel so much better. Got my medicine into the pharmacy and just waiting to get started on it! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Not just the doctor though her assistant brought me warm blankets while I waited because I was so cold and who doesn’t love that? I’m so overwhelmed with appreciation! I would go here any time for anything they are top notch no doubt! I was in and out in less than a half an hour! Thank you all so very very much!!"

"I arrived at noon without an appointment and had to wait over 4 hours for a meeting with a physician's assistant. Liz was excellent and knowledgeable. She put my mind at ease and assured me I didn't have anything to worry about. She was right, I feel fine now."

"Been dealing with a cough that won't go away. Booked an appointment online for the next day after I got off work. Greeted quickly and check-in was a breeze. Was in, out and prescription in hand in under 45 minutes. Every staff member was friendly and seemed very efficient. If I'm ever in need of urgent care again, I'll be back!"
