Reviews
"Kevin Nelson was very informative and helpful. He is very caring and easy to work with."
"This practice has served our family for over 50 years"
"Sam Satterfield and his office are pros and so good to work with. He definitely knows his way around a courtroom and getting things done. If you get yourself stuck with a difficult tenant like my wife and I were, then I highly recommend giving him a call. The process is so hard now, but it worked out great. Just remember, all the good ones are always busy."
"Cannot go wrong with this firm. We were able to have issues resolved professionally and with the best of care. I do not think anyone would ever want to resort to these means, but knowing what your rights are can make all the difference."
"So these guys assigned me their Jr. lawyer a Mr. Satterfield, who did the following according to their staff. “Anyway, here is the position we find ourselves in. Mr. Satterfield quoted you and Mr. Eisen $400 each to represent you on your tickets out of Lewis County District Court. We filed our Notice of Appearance in both matters and Mr. Satterfield had multiple conversations with the Prosecutor’s Office trying to come to an agreement that would not require you both to appear. Unfortunately, that never happened and the court set the Pre-Trial date that was subsequently missed by both yourself and Mr. E which led to the issuance of the bench warrants.” Sutterfield failed to notify us that we had a trial date so bench warrants were issued. We then had to pay bail bonds. They then sent us to collections for refusing to pay after we hired another competent attorney for obvious reasons. These guys are the low of the low and should be disbarred."
