"So back in January I filed for bankruptcy and yesterday February 25th was served papers for a lawsuit against me which is well after when I filed my bankruptcy which makes it illegal to even try to collect the debt. So I called them today to give them my Attorneys number and Irene started with trying to get mine and my wife’s employment info and such and I didn’t wanna give that info and said I filed for bankruptcy a while ago so she stopped real quick put me on hold and came back and said ok we have the papers we will take care of it. Sooooo what we’re you guys gonna do garnish my checks until when the first payment came out I would have contacted my attorney and busted you guys. It’s crazy that you had notice but yet still went all the way through with file court papers against me. You guys are sketchy, and 90% of the time been rude and I mean disrespectfully rude. One of these times you guys are gonna mess up really badly and get sued and your doors closed. I should have gotten an attorney 10 years ago and sued you when you lied and misled me about a debt that you didn’t have in your office just to get me to pay a debt but that’s right your own attorney set you straight on that one and made you give me all my money back immediately. Like I said SKETCHY."

"This company is absolutely unorganized and ridiculous. I am not denying that I owed a medical bill. However, when the garnishment was paid. dynamic DID NOT send the release to my employer; therefore, my paycheck was garnished again. When I contacted Dynamic about this matter they said that the release was not sent, because they needed fax number, which it absolutely was sent to them in the writ answered by my employer. When I spoke to Irene at dynamic she said to me that they do not read the writ from the employer. Now that there is part of my pay that needs to be returned I have to wait for the process of a check being sent from my employer to pay a debt that was already paid, then dynamic will not send me the money they send I back to my employer then I will receive I back. Amazing how quick they take it, but days and days before it is returned. Laziness and is unethical. Dynamic is unethical, and I will be reporting them to all and any agency that will listen."

"I have been in contact with dynamic collections for several court fines over the past 8 years. Everyone I have dealt with here has been very nice and understanding. I have been put on many different payment plans with this company and they have not charged me interest. I think the key is to listen and then explain your situation, then ask them what they can do to help you. Remember when they are dealing with courts, medical departments, and other companies, they have to follow their rules. Dynamic collectors is not just a collection agency that is out to suck everyone dry, they have rules and guidelines they have to follow too. They have suspended me for non payment when I get into a bind and cant pay my payment, but that is not their fault, they are told to do that. I have had no bad experiences with this company since I have started paying my bill off and I feel that I have spoke to every worker there in past 8 years including the manager, None of them are rude and mean. We need to remember that its not their fault we owe, and they are just doing a job for wages to take care of their own families. I just feel that these ladies get a bad rap because of the job they are working in. Ladies dont let it get you down, not all of us feel like you are rude and mean."

"This company has the rudest employees who barely do their job. It is illegal to take a person to court for garnishments until you have properly notified them. A collection agency is legally allowed to contact the post office for a forwarding address. There are also multiple sites that will not only give you someone's address but also phone number, yet this company did not attempt to contact me nor did the original party. The woman said her name was Pia, was beyond rude, refused to answer any questions, talked down to me, insinuated I am a liar by saying and how do I know what your saying is even true and overall treated me like I was dirt in her shoe. She refused to give me the name of her supervisor and over all lacked cooperation, empathy and the ability to provide any sort of customer service. I filed a complaint with the BBB where this company flagrantly lied. The paperwork my boss provided me with did not have a full and complete address. It is the responsibility of a company such as this to ensure that they are given proper information and that there is a COMPLETE address provided so that proper notification can be given. However, this company supposedly sent notice, but sent it only to the apartment complex leaving out the apartment number so that they could cause financial harm to a person by issuing out a garnishment. This is not a legal practice. The refusal to cooperate with me when I called just goes to show the gross level of corruption that this company has."

"My daughter paid through garnishment for a traffic ticket now they garnished her for the same thing again. She did not receive a notification from them that there was to be a hearing. They have her address cause she received the garnishment paperwork. She called to talk to them and before she could ask a question they hung up on her. They should not be double billing They were rude and need to straighten this out. They need to make an effort to get people their hearing dates. They need to work with people."
