If they do not have access to my Ultrasound I will not do business with them. NOT professional I will tell everyone I know to avoid this inconvenient unprofessional "doctor's office". "A successful cochlear implant procedure courtesy of a gifted surgeon. From the moment that I checked in, I was greeted cheerfully and treated courteously and respectfully. The staff are all compassionate, caring professionals. The pre-op visit with the anesthesiologist, Dr. Nguyen and the surgeons, Dr. Backous and Dr. Lee was a thorough review of the the operation and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. These positive encounters gave me even more confidence that I was getting the best care by the best specialist and his staff. I am so thankful that I was referred to Dr. Backous. I am 5 days post surgery and healing well. Looking forward to activation of the implant and hearing again. Thank you."

"Following a Covid-19 infection, I lost hearing in my right ear. After a series of general practitioners and ENT specialists, I was referred to Dr. Backous. Earlier this morning I received a cochlear implant I was fortunate enough to have Dr Backous leading the show. That's right,earlier this morning. I cannot say I'm completely pain-free, but pretty close. His staff was funny, welcoming, and exceptionally professional.
