"I had been with my insurance broker for many, many years. My broker was also a family friend and had attended family functions. She retired and sold her company which resulted in a complete stranger now handling my insurance business. I was less than thrilled, especially because it was a complete surprise so I was expecting problems from the beginning. However I was excited to learn that my new account rep (Chrystal) was excellent in customer service. In the past year I have had occasion to add a car, twice, delete a car, make a claim on homeowners, cancel another homeowners policy. Each and every time the service was outstanding.
