"What an amazing business! TLC went out of their way to serve our needs with great care and planning. Can’t give enough kudos for our great driver!"
"Horrible service.30 minutes late pick up. And then pick up two whole hours late. Our pickup was at 5:00 pm, the driver come at 7:00 pm. The van had only room for 3 people, the driver and 2 passengers. All the seats were taking,i end up sitting in the back in the wheelchair, i could buckle up close to my body and if we had an accident i was going to fly out. The chair was shaken in the back so much i got back pain from it for the rest of the night."
"I have been riding with Woodland Wheelchair for 13 years. The owner and all of the drivers are very respectful and kind. I have never been late to an appointment nor have I waited longer than 30 minutes if I had to call for a ride home instead of a scheduled return trip. I always know I'm in safe and competent hands in the vehicle."
"Only gave two stars because we got to and from quickly and nice. But we were terrified we wouldn't survive the trip. The driver couldn't care less that is was pouring rain. She tailgated constantly, slamming on the brakes, hydroplaning which changing lanes and weaved in and out of traffic like she was driving a sports car. Won't use service again!"
"We just had to maneuver around d their driver in van no. 27 going into Peace Hospital. Driving a van with a disabled passenger in like a weapon. Have them drive your seniors at your own risk!!! When I called into complain about their dangerous driver with patients in the back, she didn’t want to hear it. I work in senior communities. It really upsets me to see companies that service to seniors that do t care about people that are frail and at end of life. All that matters is money and they don’t care who they hire. Just because you can pass a background check doesn’t mean you are a good person. That was obvious with my experience when I called in."
