"0 stars. Place does not help the people that need help. They only assist with taking children away from parents. Parents who have done nothing wrong. This is a place for a lawyer to try to justify their existence. I'm sure they help many people who need help, but in my case, they have only caused problems. Steve Robins and Christina Pollard have pushed law to the side to allow a child abuser to get whatever she wants. Northwest justice project needs to be put out of business. There is no justice when NWJP is involved. I have asked for justice. No one will consider it. These people have lied, and cost me more than any amount of money than anyone can ever pay. These people belong in prison. Try having your kid taken from you when you have done nothing wrong! This place will take anything they can from you! They do not support justice, or families!"
"They talk down to you. They are having issues with their phone system or their phone provider is having issue. All they did was argue with me about how it is my phone. The lawyer was rude. Evidently, no one can be in the room with you when speaking to one. Chea chewed me out and since she could hear my sister. My sister lives 150 miles away and was on hold on another line. I guess they are a TOP SECRET agency, and you need a top secret clearance to hear what they have to say. They won't even take a complaint over the phone, even though I have a disability. I guess that is one way to avoid ADA complaints. Marge also hung up on me when I was complaining. She was taking it very personally. This took me over 15 minutes to type up."
"i feel that they will only help the people that have money or willing to pay its all about there pockets they don t care about anything but money and i feel if they cant help people they need to bee straight up with us"
"Sadly didn't answer or call me back... :( Could have really used their help. Even just legal advice, which was what I was mainly calling about.. honestly very unprofessional. And quite sad. If they happened to call me back after my court date, then they are even more unprofessional as I left a nice voicemail, quick, to the point and easy to understand that I needed help and requested someone at least call me back before the next 5 days before my court date had passed. Quite enough time to perform at least a simple call back. I know that if I had a voicemail at my old at&t job, and they requested I call them back. I was to make sure I called them back to help with whatever problem they had. And I was a phone salesman!! Shameful for a law firm. In my humble opinion. :("
"Unless you are dealing with a huge criminal case don't bother. Laws were being broken and I was going through hell and the attorney they gave me to talk to apparently from Seattle didn't give a damn. So no help to any for low-income folk on this side of the water I guess just save your money and get an attorney and pay for it out of pocket."
