"Not to Bash to much But, they have raised the rent maybe 5. So far, I'm paying 1,050 now but I'm moving not what I want to do, But now there putting hardwood floors in the up stairs Apts SO LOWD not smart on there part. But I'm moving out ."

"These people don't care. They just want money. My rent was 650 dollars before they bought out my apartment complex and they've raised it time and time again. Until now it's going to be 1045 dollars come April. They are so money hungry it's unbelievable. I wish they never had bought these apartments. I'd say don't rent from them they don't care about the well being of their tenants they only want money. This is absolutely ridiculous how is anyone supposed to live???"
