"Sadly Joe Wolfley couldn't follow through on a case, even after saying he'd accept it. I was never contacted by Joe Wolfley that he had dropped me as a client for an automobile accident close to one month before the expiration of the time to file. Knowing I was up against a time line Joe accepted the case with over a year to go and then did absolutely nothing! I was contacted by the insurance company that no claim for my case was ever filed, especially nothing from Wolfley law office. No letter, no call, and no return of the phone call I made to them to get an explanation of why their wasn't any action.
