"John helped me get thru a very difficult divorce and even though we had our differences he did a good job at communicating with me and tried his best to respect my wishes and the demands of the opposing party."
"I am still waiting on the full refund of the retainer I paid to Kamb and Kamb over a month ago. I was told they put my money into their general fund and that my retainer was already spent by the time I requested the refund. Attorneys are supposed to put retainer funds into a separate trust account when they receive retainer money from a client and enter into a retainer agreement with them. I was told they didn't do this because I rushed them... however, that is nothing more than excuse for a bad business practice. I was also told it was against their office policy to refund legal fees. This is a horrible policy and one I was unaware of or I would have never used them in the first place."
