"Nice little business center with everything from UPS to a gym and most everything in between. Though I do miss Copeland Lumber that was in the spot about 30 years ago. A centrally located lumber yard was nice, though I suspect when it was built it was actually on the outskirts of town."

"Nice rather modern business center with a UPS store and a Starbucks. Parking is a bit tight, but can be accomplished. If you are traveling north on 20, there is an entrance right before the light that is quite handy, otherwise turn right at the light and go in off of 7th."
