"I brought in an Amazon return, a service that’s supposed to be free. Even though the return clearly says it’s 4 pieces (how it arrived), I was told be charged $4 to tape the packages together as “one”. I don’t blame the worker whatsoever, I think it’s just ridiculous they don’t just tape them for you. Or even just let me tape it with their tape. $4 buys a whole roll of tape, let alone like 4 strips. I’m pretty sure both companies can afford it."

Every employee I’ve interacted with, whether it’s help with returns, mailing something out, or if I have an issue with something, they’ve always been very helpful in every way they can be. Any time I walk in, I am welcomed with a smile and 100% of their attention is focused on me and why I am there today."

"I've noted that most of the bad reviews are from 2+ years ago. I've been coming to this UPS Store for a few years now and I've always had prompt and courteous service. Hopefully some good reviews will bring their rating up, because I don't think they deserve the current 2.9 rating. Possibly Google has a way to request a 'reset' on the rating, since the store is under new owners."
