"I went in to Wendel’s yesterday to renew my tabs and they would not do this because of a disable parking placard that needed to be renewed by the Dr. But instead of telling me this, they acted like it was top secret and they couldn’t say anything. The girl Alicia was a total waste of time and would not give me any information. Ben, the owner came out when Alicia asked him too because I was so confused. Alicia took my renewal form and would not give it back to me. NOT ONCE DID THEY EXPLAIN ANYTHING ABOUT THE PLACARD EXPIRING. All they would say was we can order new plates for $77.00. Please be careful people. Don’t get the service my mom and I got. As for the reason we did not know the placard was expiring, the state made a mistake on our address. That is info from the state so we would not have known. The hole punched shows 2024 but Alicia would not listen or help. They left a bad taste in my mouth."
