"The owner is a bigot antisemite. The Indonesian Muslim franchise owner tried to shake me down for 5 dollars. I purchased a jacket thru Columbia and everything including expedited shipping paid in full. I am not sure how he recognized my ethnicity, but I had no problem recognizing him from his name. I purchase online all the time and no other group has tried to shake me down for money upon delivery."

"I have done a lot of business here and I used to like coming here. They had very friendly and helpful staff. However now they’ve hired some newer employees that clearly don’t like front facing jobs, and can barely contain their apathy for their customers. Last time I was there I ran into an issue, (based on some arbitrary rule of theirs) and they looked at me like I was out of luck, only after me prompting them, they sold me a easy and cheap solution. Why did I have to squeeze it out of them?? Ha You’re a business, you should be trying to sell me a solution!"

"Every time I take something to get printed I don’t get a call. Then I arrive and the job hasn’t even been printed. I had a book binded and laminated and I return two days later and it’s sitting on the counter still. Come on guys get it together. And did I receive any compensations either..nope! Hopefully the staff changes real quick."
