"Today we were nearby and stopped in to try to sort out a UPS delivery issue we are having. We learned that the UPS Store is not all that connected to UPS delivery so they could not directly help. However, Hannah, the clerk, was very attentive and empathetic, listening to us and explaining the system and giving us a number to call to sort out the delivery system problem. I hope the staff there are continued to be supported in being kind human beings rather than soulless bureaucrats! On the other hand, the UPS delivery service needs a lot of help in their website and communications systems..."
