"I needed to return an Amazon order and went the local location at Cornelius Pass Road and Imbrie Drive, very rude experience with the lady behind the counter."

"I had the rudest lady when I walked in. She was not welcoming when I walked up. It looked like she was tired and didn’t want to be there. She told me they couldn’t send anything in a shoe box and tried to sell me a box that was bigger than needed. I asked her how much was the smaller box and she said I told you we are out. I said again how much was the smaller box? She then told me with an attitude. I told her never mind and left. Don’t go there!"

"This is the best and cleanest UPS store that I’ve ever seen. Never a line and this particular store is run by woman—smiling, welcoming, with top notch service. If you have any Amazon return, make sure you click on this location for the best service."

"Really depends on who you get to help you on how successful a run in this shop will go. Seems like they have employed mostly elderly people who don't have a strong hold on how to use technology. Instead of being able to just email them your label to print they demand you wait in another line to use their one computer to literally press the print button. A process that used to take 20 seconds and they would just press print. Now they need you to wait your turn to press print. A process that extends your stay in the busy store 5 extra minutes because the person in front of me failed to figure out what they are doing. Each person taking attention and needed guidance to go through the process. Meanwhile literally last week with a young man I was still able to email my label from my phone and he pressed print button from the counter. Been mailing stuff at this place for years and never had issues with emailing a label. If you have to use this place I would avoid getting help from Randy as he struggles to use the register/computers in general. Taking my business down the road like other reviews have stated."

"I’ve been to a lot of ups stores for returns. Good experiences overall but just now I was in and out so quick and more importantly an employee named Daniel just had the best customer service attitude and that is the sole reason why I am writing this review. Good hire ups. Solid dude."
