"The doctors here were great, but unfortunately Western Washington Medical Group operates like any other medical business despite their claims about how being local matters. They will not follow up with you and will not hesitate to bill you into oblivion for doing the absolute minimum, even if you have insurance, you'll likely have a large bill to pay anyway, not including co-pays."

I love it that he takes all that and incorporates his all-around professional knowledge to come up with a workable care plan.
