Chehalis Tribal Clinic

The Chehalis Tribal Clinic, located at 21 Niederman Road in Oakville, Washington, is dedicated to providing quality healthcare to the community in a respectful and dignified environment. Since 1979, the clinic has been serving Chehalis tribal members with a wide range of services including family practice, dental care, and wellness programs. The modern facility features state-of-the-art equipment, 12 exam rooms, digital radiology services, and a large dental clinic.

In addition to serving registered members of Federally Recognized Native American or Alaskan Tribes, the clinic also provides services to Tribal Employees and their immediate family members who carry the Tribal Health Plan. The Urgent Care Wing offers daily urgent care services and a full-service pharmacy is available to enrolled Tribal members with established primary care.

The Community Center, constructed in 2009, further enhances the health services available to tribal members by offering programs and events that promote community health and physical activity. With a swimming pool, gymnasiums, workout rooms, and educational classrooms, the center serves as a gathering space for various tribal events.
