"Communication is terrible. The escrow closer and assistant did all the paperwork wrong and basically we had to start over again. We are going on three weeks and do not even have a confirmed closing date set since they did things wrong and didn't catch the mistakes until two weeks later when I said what the heck. You get told different things that clash from each person you talk to. I had two conversations with a VERY rude escrow closer then spoke several times to the head of escrow who tried to brush off their HUGE mistake. Left a voicemail for owner of the business two days ago and have not heard anything back at all, meanwhile we still wait for this to get done so we can close. This should never have been such a disaster and such stress involved to get closed! Update: now one week without a return call from the owner. Also still not closed and I don't ever get a courtesy email updating the status unless I send an email asking specifically about the current status of it. I do not recommend at all!"
