I’m sorry I feel like I put her out of her way most the time I do my own work on mailing stuff making sure that there’s labels. Trying to make it so it’s easy for her to do her job I won’t go back"

"Update: Apologies were given. The lady said she is new and didn't know. Packages can be dropped off after 2pm and they will be picked up next day. Only able to accept USPS drop-offs from opening time untill 2-3PM! Once UPS picks up this place won't accept drop-offs untill opening next day! This was just told to me by lady working! This lady also happens to be the one who told me (last time I dropped of an Amazon return) that they didn't give electronic reciepts! Luckily another lady was working that time and she checked in package and emailed me a receipt. That lady always sighs and rolls eyes when I ask but at least she does it! EVERY time I forget the email reciepts ONLY at this place does my packeg get lost or delayed. SO RUDE AND LAZY HERE!!!"
