"We had a furnace room fire in December, 2015, resulting in extensive smoke damage and fire damage limited to a small area. Rolyn showed up as we were standing outside waiting for the firefighters to finish their job. In a dazed state we signed a contract, which we came to regret. The repairs took months, as we were housed in a hotel. Different supervisors came and went, with poor follow up and responsiveness. We only recently discovered that heating problems since then were caused by a wall furnace having been installed on an inside wall, rendering it useless. Our HVAC provider will be coming today to remove the furnace to use for parts. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances."
