Reviews
"A nurse did my blood draw, failed to get my vein, and then told me "drink a lot of water before bed even though you'll probably wake up several times needing to pee. Then come back in the morning to try again." Note: I do not live in Ballard. I did not come back. I do not think it is fair to unapologetically make highly inconvenient demands of the patient when the issue at hand has been caused by a practitioner's competence/skill issue. I have to get recurring labwork so I have had many many blood draws in my life. I have naturally small veins. When a trained, seasoned phlebotomist does my blood draw, it is rarely an issue. They know to use a butterfly needle. This experience was so frustrating that I had no desire to return in any capacity, which is a shame because the doctor I saw (before getting passed to that nurse) seemed attentive and receptive to me."
"I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Shivani Kwatra!! She was the first doctor who fully listened to me and followed up with substantial solutions to a longstanding problem rather than overlooking my problems as just “anxiety” (as so many women experience). She takes time with each patient to get to know their full story and treat them holistically. I’m lucky to have found her as my PCP. I also commute far to see her because it’s worth!"
"Great experiences here"
"tried contact them after signing up and women on phone was very rude i wll find another clinic with bettef service suggest give them appass"
"Dr Kwatra is by far the best PCP I've ever had. She explains everything so clearly and patiently and makes me feel so heard. Her and her team are an asset to the community. When I need to see a doctor, I don't hesitate to take the 50 minute commute here knowing I'll be getting quality care."
