"Wife got hurt at work and this is one of the places we were told to go. Walked in the door and first thing is the place was packed with people waiting to be seen. Second nobody was interested in helping us. I told my wife this is nonsense so got out of there quick. With in 5 min found another place, they helped us right away and they made the process easy. Do your research and that will save you a lot of time."

"The staff were nice and puntual. I was in an out of there less than an hour. And it didn’t take long. I’m glad they were open on weekends. I have no complaints from the front desk to the health-care provider's. I appreciate how I was treated ."

"Buyer beware! If I could give no stars, I would, 1 star is extremely generous. I went there with my kid who had to have an employee health exam with titers, urine test and a TB test. We waited for over 3.5 hours without any testing done, no updates to patients about wait times, etc. We had asked for numerous updates from the front desk staff ( after the 2hr mark) who constantly promised that he was next in line while they kept taking other patients back before him even though he was the 2nd one in the door at 8am. After 3 hours, I finally approached the front desk staff and asked when he was going to be seen as we didn't have all day. The Latina front desk girl said "you never gave me the paperwork" to which I said, "it was given to you upon arrival, I even sent it to the email address that YOU gave me". She said "what does an employee health screening mean to you anyway?" I again showed her the email to which she replied, "do you even know how to read?" Forget the frustration and blatant disrespect, but, know your audience. I'm sure she was used to treating non-medical people in such a way, but to test your luck with a fellow M.A. is just plain stupid. Needless to say, she was reported to management. Come to find out the weeks later that Concerta did not do all of the required testing after my kid wasn't allowed to start work because of their incompetence. We had to wait over 1.5 months for the process to be complete since they also did not upload the results to the company's portal. We were never informed by Concerta. I'm wondering if Concerta is ready to pay restitution for missed work due to their numerous oversights. Concerta, do better. The people that you hire is a direct reflection of your company's values. We'll never use your clinic again, which is sad since I've always had positive encounters in the past. Don't waste your time with this clinic. Take your money and well deserved respect elsewhere."

"These people are misleading people if you come in for a TB test for your employer. I showed up at Noon and Rosie said if you be a 4 to 5 hour wait or to come back at 3:30. I showed up at 4:10 and was then told I should have come because noon if I wanted results to come back to same location. Now I have to go to Tacoma on the bus line because she doesn’t care about anyone other than herself! A man walked in at 4:30pm and they close until 5 and he needed a drug screen but they said it was too late and to come back tomorrow. Why are they even allowed for TB’s to be done after Noon? Why do they not have a sign up on the door saying no testing after 4:30pm? Is it because I’m African American and so was the guy they turned away? I’m filling a complaint with BBB and Concentra Corporate. I will NEVER use this incompetent uncaring location again!"

"Great experience. The employees were fun, fast and friendly. Very up beat attitudes, as well as helpful and understanding. Never got a sense of urgency or they were trying to force me out, even coming 20 minutes until close. I remember one of the ladies even said " we'll stay here all night" I'm sure that was more of a joke. Either way. Great place, convenient location . Would use this office again"
