"I recently visited health point for an appointment and was 4 minutes late and Bophear (sight supervisor ) made a racial slur (comment ) saying “Your kind is usually late” as an African American woman I didn’t think that was professional let alone humane. The dental facility is 90% Latino I just didn’t know the supervisor was going to go to this extinct to be racist towards black men/women as I thought. If you are black please do not come back as though I believe you will have the same exact experience of racial discrimination."

"The service is good but their phone answering service is horrible, absolutely unacceptable, you call and wait for one hour, when you get someone and ask a question they put you back on hild for another hour, as a patient you can do absolutely nothing about this, I guess it's what to be expected by a state supported service, disfunctional like all govt services, you pay the price for being low income one way or another."

"I had this clinic more or less assigned to me while at a follow-up appointment at Harborview. I love my Doctor and all the medical assistants have been as equally awesome. I have zero complaints about the on-site pharmacy. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the only time I called I had to sit on hold for 43 minutes before reaching a human. From the other reviews I have read long hold times seem to be a common complaint."
