Neighborcare Health at Highland Park Elementary

Neighborcare Health at Highland Park Elementary is a school-based health center located at 1012 Southwest Trenton Street in Seattle, Washington. As a dentist and health facility, we offer a range of services including COVID vaccines, testing, and general medical, dental, and mental health care.

We prioritize the safety of our patients and visitors by strongly recommending masks for individuals aged 2 and older. Our weekday appointments are available before, during, and after school hours during the academic year. Please note that we are closed during school breaks and holidays.

If our health center is closed, students and their families are welcome to visit any other nearby clinic for healthcare services. To access our services, parents or guardians must complete and sign registration forms, which can be delivered in person or mailed to our address. Registration forms are also available at our center.
