"I have used Kaiser Permanente as my health care provider for over 50 years; it was Group Health Cooperative before that in Washington State. Kaiser has similar structure and philosophy as GHC, and the assimilation was seamless from a user standpoint. The care I have received at KP is exceptional. I have always felt that my health - maintaining it, and restoring it when it was needed - has been the most important goal of each person I have come in contact with. It is easy to do business with this organization: online, by phone and in person. Since doctors, specialists, labs, billing and all the other parts of care are within one organization, getting the care I need is easy, often within the same building, and always connected by an excellent communication network. I highly recommend Kaiser Permanente to anyone who cares about good healthcare."

"I went to see Dr. Thuy Xuan Trang Dang to check my eyes. She is an excellent doctor and was very thorough, kind and gentle. Anyone who might be concerned that you will have a hard time understanding her English, rest assured. Her English is excellent, you will have no issues. My only complaint was that my appointment started 10 minutes late, which was probably not her fault. I work in the medical field myself and oftentimes is the result of either complications with the prior patient or someone else was late. This doctor is excellent."

"Without my hearing aids, life gets more difficult. Like any tool, they have an occasional problem. Then I just drop them off at the Hearing Aid Center. So this Monday, I dropped them off and by Wednesday morning received a call to pick them up! There is always some one at the front desk to take my aids and return when ready. Getting my "ears" is wonderful and a delight to have this service so close to home with a wonderful staff! Thank you!"
