"Horrible company policies. They wouldn’t allow me to change my daughter’s class before classes even started. My daughter’s grandma is sick and she might go down to California to visit her. I wanted to move to the next month just in case. They wouldn’t allow me to move to the next month. And so I asked for a refund. They wouldn’t issue a full refund either, all this before classes even started. They would only refund 50%. They are just out to get as much money as they can without descent policies for their customers. Go with another agency."

"The classes were the most helpful, and the drives were good for constructive criticism, but it's difficult to learn to drive in a car that you don't use. If you practice with a different car and then come to drive in a sedan, then turning, reversing, and parking are all different and just confusing. I recommend practicing just being in your car and knowing how big it is. Also, if you have access to anyone with a different driver license, like a truck driver, don't just interview them – practice with them as well. Spatial awareness in general is the most important thing while driving."

"Instructors were great, same goes for classroom hours. Would’ve been five starts if the instructors could’ve reminded us at the end of class who had drives that day and at what time. It could just be a lot more useful for the students."
