"My neighbor is a driver for Radio Cab - Blake Carson. We have a stalking protection order against him for threatening me while 9 months pregnant and threatening to shoot our dog/beat up my husband. Lately he's taken to recording my 11 year old daughter while out on our street with his cell phone. I reported him to Radio Cab to let them know he's a danger and they did NOTHING about it. He's still employed with them. Stay safe - they obviously don't care about their driver's backgrounds at all."
"I scheduled handicap cab for individuals in our facility. The pickup time was scheduled, and confirmed by phone two times! The two individuals with their caregivers were all ready to see Blazer Game all excited but NO CAB SHOWED UP, NO CALL at all!!! And the worse after reaching out to them 15 min later to find out where the taxi is - they just laconically reply they are unable to come. We lost four Blazers tickets, a fun evening, and trust to Portland Radio Cab! BE AWARE!"
"I called to get a handicap wheelchair accessible ride. I understand that these vehicles are in high demand but I found it extremely frustrating and unacceptable that they refuse to give an ETA. I ended up waiting for 2 hours before giving up and finding another company. Really if you’re offering handicap rides you need to give an ETA. They are not always the healthiest people and having an unknown wait that, in my case, stretched beyond 2 hours without an end in site is just cruel."
"I had the BEST experience with my Radio Cab driver getting to the airport at 4 a.m. in the snow! My driver called me 15 minutes before arrival, arrived right on time & was very competent in a foot of snow. LOVE that they don’t charge surge prices too! Excellent experience."
"If I could leave 0 star rating I would, I sat outside in the rain for 2 hours plus the addition hour I waited for the first cab. The first cab didn’t even show up to the apartment complex, when I called for a cab the second time the guy sounded like he wanted nothing to do with me despite how nice I was, on the second call our prepaid cab wasn’t even funded even though we prepaid $60 for a 18 minute drive, if I could sue them, I would in a heartbeat. I do not recommend to anyone on planet earth or the universe"
