"Very disappointed. The school picture we received of my daughter doesn't even look like her. The picture is crooked, her shade of skin was darkened by a lot, her hair is a mess and she isn't even smiling. I know times have changed, but when I did school pictures, they took time to fix all those things. Now I get to spend more money to have new ones done because I am to embarrassed to send these ones out. If this is the same company the school hires next year I will not be purchasing."
"I got the samples for my kids school photos.. for the name being “quality school portraits” I would expect more than my kids being photographed in-front of a green screen and photoshopped onto different backgrounds. I can take better photos of my kids on my iPhone! Very dissatisfied with the schools company choice and will be taking my own photos vs buying them from the school."
