"Had two appointments with a provider and didn't have a positive outcome of the concerns discussed. Additional, their App crashes about every 2-3 minutes on a currently model year flagship phone."
"Not worth it despite my company paying the annual fee. Years ago they would waive a simple in office visit making it worth your while. Now you get slapped with a regular dr office fee and a high one at that for the benefit of using an app or telehealth - which most providers do now anyway. They did not disclose this change of practice to me this time around. Canceled. Much better options exist out there."
"Dr. Klokeid took time out of her busy schedule to meet with us and see if our physical therapy group would be a good fit for her to refer patients to. That shows me she is a Doctor that truly cares. Rather than just telling a patient to do a google search, she went out of her way to figure out which clinics are the best. Highly recommend"
"Been using the OneMedical app which is super convenient for remote or on-site appointment. It's also really easy to check the lab results and any follow up needed with the doctor. For this site, Dr. Beck is incredibly friendly and patient for all my questions."
"The office is great and very modern. They sent you reminders through their app and you can check in/provide insurance info there too. After seeing my doctor for a physical today, my doctor assigned a lab task for me specifying the instructions for the lab test. I haven’t done the lab test there yet but the walk-in lab test option(no reservations required)sounds very convenient."
