"Great for when I just drop off items I already prepackaged myself (which I mainly do now). Nice employees. Just gets very pricey for shipping if you choose to do it there by how they charge. I can ship my items by paying for shipping at home for way less money. Overall nice looking buisness inside."

"This location was my favor for more than 10 years. After 2 years of border closure I came back to this location with unpleasant surprise. As always ,I paid $5 for pickup but this time they slap me with holding fees extra $5, just 48 hours from the time they received my package , in the past holding charges would take affect after 1 week , without any notification or any explanation and the employee was extremely rud when I questioned the charge .You won't see me again thanks for great service. I warn all other Canadians to avoid the business."

"Young lady working on Saturday didn’t bother to mention that UPS doesn’t pick up on Saturdays. So, package not going out until Monday. When I called to inquire the following Monday and mentioned it to the person answering the phone, they were extremely rude. Stated, “She was really slammed, sir.” I told her it only takes a couple of seconds to say, “UPS will be picking up on Monday.” Instead of acknowledging my concern, she told me I should just do business somewhere else next time and then hung up on me. Clearly, this business is not concerned about meeting customer expectations. Very rude. Really poor attitudes."

"I've been receiving packages and mail at Timekeepers for a few years now, and I'm really happy with them. The people who work there are all really nice, and they even have a notary, which we used one time. Their fees are really reasonable whether you're receiving an occasional package or if you have a box there. Plenty of parking."
