"The male employees are nice, but some of the female staff are so nasty that I can't believe they still have jobs. Tonight, I called ahead to confirm their opening hours, ordered on the app, and paid. When I arrived, the woman working there refused to give me my order. This happened after the male employee instructed me to use the drive-thru to pick up my paid online order. Due to the snow, they were closing early. I explained that I had called ahead and driven twenty minutes in the snow to pick up my order. Her reply, in the most odious, Karen-sounding voice, was, "Yeah, well, I had to drive too!" I told her she was being rude, and she started yelling at me. Despite my request for her not to raise her voice, she got louder, talking over me when I tried to provide my paid mobile order number. She continued yelling and said, "I won't listen to you any longer." I informed her that I would be calling her manager in the morning, to which she responded dismissively, "Go right ahead, I don't care.""
