"These people aren't from here and do not care about Scotts addition. They bring gentrification and forced the previous residents out with no place to go. Also, shutting down Boulevard so they can have block parties that keep the actual residents of the museum district, fan, Newtown, and carver from being able to get home. After the events end the copious amounts of trash and broken glass lining the street makes it incredibly dangerous for the people that actually live hear to walk pets. These people/association are trash and only bring trash with them. Please leave the city and take your trash with you. Please continue to explain how forcing people out of the actual place they where they lived and worked so overpriced condos are supposed to benefit the community and fancy new lofts? We're you here when landlord started to let rent skyrocket because investors thought that it would be a good profit? Sorry if I was busy being living working and contributing to RVA while your president was too busy living in Short Pump (another area where people with money came in and ran the residents out). I'm glad to see Trevor Dickerson who is allegedly in charge can chastise the people who actually lived here because they just wanted to live and work where they had for decades/ generations. If more gentrification is what they wanted it has clearly worked. ps: please stop endorsing expansion past Malvern unless you wish to unemploy and disrupt the housing of the people who currently live there too. Edit: I see you feel very confident that your are not a detriment to the city and have no problems with the people that lost jobs and homes so brewery's and poorly built rental units could force them out of the neighborhoods they developed for decades. Please provide your professional address so myself and others can address concerns your way in an appropriate manner. Also please provide your name and dont br a coward. It's very unsettling you feel confident enough to say the actual RVA residents are wrong and don't deserve to live in the homes they built. I don't care about your"board of 21 that grew up in Richmond." How many grew up in Scotts addition?"
