"Jo the bus driver kicked my 13 yr son off today at the high-school. The bus garage didnt call the assistant principal who escorted him off the bus did not call either. But noone wants to take accountability for the lack of communication."
"I work here so my care is vested. Admittedly, it's a tough job. There's a lot to deal with but we keep coming back every school day. We do so because we care."
"Super friendly drivers, always putting safety first from what I can tell"
"Bus drivers don’t handle bullying, harassment, threats or violence on their bus unless the other child chooses to defend themselves. Then when the child doesn’t get help from the bus driver and resorts to personal defense that child gets in trouble.won’t allow children unless they’re “6th graders” to listen to music on headphones."
"Unfortunately I'm never sure my granddaughter will get to my house with these people! I raised three children here and have NEVER experienced such incompetence. And try to blame a 6 year old child for the mix up! My granddaughter was dropped off to an empty house! Instead of following parental instructions the driver decided to drop her off at home! Imagine my terror when I drove to her home and she was no where in sight! Thanks to a UPS driver and Thurston County sheriff, she indeed got home safely! After sitting crying on her Dads truck for probably an hour! I called the bus garage repeatedly! They claim their phones weren't working. Yet someone from the superintendents office got through? In my opinion that driver should be fired immediately!"
